My request has been in the queue for approximately seven months and most recently they have been unresponsive to my requests for a status update despite several attempts. I know they had some turnover in the department last year, but their long timelines and responsiveness issues have largely been unresolved. “I wish I could do negative stars place is not professional at took my case and its been almost a year I've literally spoken with someone 2 or 3 times and left constant email and messages when trying to reach them 2 of the times I've talked I literally had 2 call and leave a voice mail on the firms voice mail like every person in the place over and over in a row 2 get a call back from them they have almost let the statue of limitations run out and have done nothing with my case trying to 3them to call me back to send my stuff to a different law office and can't get them on the phone for that so my opinion is don't not let them waist your time!!!”
