“I received this number to contact this firm about information regarding W-2’s from a business that went bankrupt. The lady who answered the phone stated in a matter of fact attitude that said company was working with another 3rd party to send out my W-2’s. I tried to confirm if it was the actual company and not the franchisee that was working on the issue and she basically just repeated her answer with no clarification. I was in the middle of asking for contact information for whoever could help me because I don’t live at the address I had on file with the company and she became irritated and said “that’s all the information I have.” Couldn’t take the time to answer my question. Imagine having bigger problems and having to deal with this firm… it’s more upsetting that once they know you’re not a potential client you’re treated like trash. Unprofessional and apathetic. Edit to their reply: I don’t have to be a client to leave a review. I shouldn’t have to be a client to be treated with courtesy either. I hope you don’t live in a world where if you need to just use a restroom from a business or ask for directions that they treat you like an inconvenience. Hopefully, from a business standpoint, you’d be impressed with the professionalism or service you see around you that you may one day come back as a paying customer and/or tell your friends. Now, a bankruptcy law firm is niche, but word of mouth can really help or hurt a business, hence the review I left… I don’t doubt your confusion for the matter, because it’s like you didn’t even read my review fully. I wasn’t pointed in the right direction, I’ve tried to ask follow up questions and was told sternly that I was given all the information.”
