“We contacted Mr. Esser in the beginning of December by the email, he replied right away with detailed answer, then I called him and he answered all my questions and we scheduled an appointment. During the appointment Mr. Esser was very attentive and professional. He asked to pay in full at the appointment and stated that he will send us draft of the document within 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing was sent. Every time I’m trying to call him, his secretary stating that he can’t talk right now and he will call later, but he never calls back. He doesn’t reply on the emails. I asked for the refund, but receive nothing. I’m very disappointed with Mr.Esser service.”
