“Once again avoid at all costs. The secretary won’t let you talk to anyone unless you comply with a $4k retainer fee. Not even hearing any information as the victim. Hanging up on people is ridiculous and if you’re going to have secretary’s answer the phone, maybe don’t hang up on the VICTIM in a DV case. Malean or Marlena or Malena is who answered the phone. Disgusting. And honestly I wonder how legal that is and maybe as a woman she should take into consideration the case and be sensitive. The funny part is I have all the $$ in the world to retain an attorney. I wouldn’t retain one who has an inherent insensitive, unprofessional secretary not take any info and just say it’s a $4k retaining fee. PS- not even the top lawyers in Chicago require that for a DV victim”

“Absolute rip off and WORST lawyer in all of Chicago. So many people told me to steer clear, or else you’d pay 30,000 for the smallest job that he won’t even complete. Don’t hire this dude. Terrible. I had to hire a completely new lawyer because he tried to charge me extra costs for nothing, for example, 1 phone call he made to me and left a voicemail of 10 seconds and he charged me $100?then when the price breakdown was gone through with my new lawyer , I was shown that it was 4x the cost he initially asked for and then on top of that the new lawyer told me he’s extremely greedy for charging this high of a cost for small things like “ calling back”. If that wasn’t enough, he didn’t even SHOW UP DURING COURT CASES!!! And when he did he didn’t even speak… I could’ve just spoke for myself at this point. As for you Fred Joshua.. fear karma and fear god for ripping people off and taking advantage of people when they come to u for help and trust you at such vulnerable times of their life and you commit fraud and take their money wrongfully & don’t even do your job . You may have taken other people’s hard earned money wrongfully but god will make you pay that back in other ways — Shame on you.”
