“I was referred to this practice by another attorney, specifically to Stacey McCullough. I called and spoke to her paralegal, Laurel, who was very nice and told me that I would hear from Stacey within the next day or two. After a week of no contact, I called and spoke to Laurel again who apologized for the lack of communication. She assured me she would reach out and I’d hear back soon. After another week of no contact I called for a third time asking for another update on when I’d hear back, and never received a follow up call. As I was in a pinch at this point to hire a lawyer, I ended up going somewhere else. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism, especially since I was a referral. If the attorney couldn't or wouldn’t take my case for any reason that should have been communicated to me as soon as possible, to give me ample time to find someone who would take me on. Instead I was strung along for a few weeks before I finally gave up because I was pressed for time to find someone to take my case.”
