“I was going to email but couldn’t find an email. I called 3 weeks ago to find out if he was still going to take my case. When I talk to Michael Rudolph He talked very highly about my case. Told me he was not afraid to take them to court. I was transferred from Attorney to Michael Rudolph. And I still have not heard anything from Michael or any papers with Michael. I’ve been waiting patiently. I called him like I said three weeks ago and I had not had a returned phone call from them. So I’m assuming he’s not taking the case. I wish he would at least tell me because my time is limited. In a couple months, the statue limitations will be run out. So now it looks like I am on my own. I am going to have to try and file my own motion. And represent myself. I had signed with the first attorney in December 23. In the Attorney Forward me to Michael Rudolph, who agreed to take the case. But I have not yet received anything from Michael’s office To sign with him. The statute of limitations is fixing to run out for the Workmen’s Comp. And I understand my case got forward Because of my other attorneys workload. He Felt Michael Rudolph get the job done for me. But the thing is Michael Rudolph agreed over the phone that he would take the case and send me the papers to sign him on. I have not heard nothing more from Michael and I made a phone call three weeks ago and never got a call back. At least if he was honest with me and just told me, I can’t take decades. I could’ve been looking for another attorney.. As it is now, I’m sitting here can’t go to work because of my foot injury. Can’t get the surgery. I need to get done on my foot. And at the very least, I can’t get any kind of settlement that’s going to even help me pay for the surgery.”
