☆☆☆☆Apr 2019

Kavita is a terrible lawyer. Run, don’t walk. She does not respond to emails, and when she does it is with partial responses. She failed to communicate numerous important details, including the time of my mediation and briefing deadlines. She even ignored an invoice sent to her from the mediator, which was over a month past due when I finally saw it for the first time after firing her. When she did offer her opinions they were misguided and half-baked. You are far better off representing yourself than working with her.
