“Robert and his team just wrapped up my divorce case today and I am glad that I went with them every step of the way. I echo the previous reviews stating that he handles everything with transparency, dignity, and grace. My case had a criminal element to it which made the process very stressful for me. Robert was clear on his strategy from the beginning. Even when things did not go my way in the beginning, he was calm and collected and helped me through what I consider one of my darkest moments. The other side's tactic was mostly "bully" litigation i.e., a lot of smoke and mirrors, which would rattle most, but I felt protected by Robert and just let him handle them. I am attorney (transactional) and note that Robet is encyclopedic in his knowledge of civil procedure and family law. He would be able to respond to every question that I had with ease. He was also VERY accessible i.e., we would have conference calls at 9PM to work through things. He would also LISTEN to what I wanted. His style is very matter of fact and straight forward which I like because I am the same way. Do note that he does talk fast (I talk faster as I am from NYC and I am a lawyer), but time is money so I appreciated that, as well. He will slow down and patiently re-explain, if asked. He was also very transparent with his fees and would let me know if he thought something was "not worth the fees", which I greatly appreciated because this process gets very expensive quickly. This is HIS firm so he has skin in the game and it shows. Summary - highly intelligent, caring, no-nonsense, expert family law attorney. If I ever need him again for other matters i.e., prenup, ongoing child custody etc. I would most definitely engage him and his team again (hopefully this is the only divorce).”
