“So my review is a little different! I have not use their services, my encounter with them is because of a scam artist posing under their namesake! I'm putting this out there for others to be careful! The gentleman that I spoke to who was actually a real person at this real law firm, was very friendly and kind, I gave him the scammers information. But there is a legit scam going on right now, somehow they're doing something called scanning or pinging or whatever you want to call it, were they actually call you from a number that traces back to a legitimate law firm which is this one in this situation, but they are not the real law firm and not affiliated, they are a scam! So my review is to please warn other people, please ensure you're actually speaking to these real people at this law firm! It has got so bad in my area with this particular scan that's going on posing as this law firm, that there are so many of us that are dealing with the scammers pretending to be this law firm! I've actually had to contact my Police department over it, and was told that they absolutely are able to use a legitimate phone number from a law firm or anywhere, and make it look like this is legitimate place that's calling you, but it's not! So my review is really a warning to others, I give five stars because the gentleman was very kind and actually took this very seriously, so clearly you have kind people if you need their assistance to work with you, but please make sure this is the real people you're speaking to please! Because they are so believable they can pull anyone who is naive even just a little bit into their scheme! Please don't give any personal information to anyone over the phone, please do not give your social security number not even the last four digits, and if they can't tell you exactly why they're calling you, with information that actually sounds legit and make sense to you, please hang up immediately! The scariest part about this is, it's going to be hard for a lot of people to tell, because the number will affiliate this law firm with them and they're saying they are this exact law firm, and they're not! So I truly hope that this legitimate law firm is able to use the information I gave them, and put a stop to this, because it's very terrifying! It's very terrifying to be told you're getting ready to go to prison, and demanding that you give them money over the phone and give them your Social Security information, that's a terrifying conversation to have! And no law firm will ever by the way ask you for that information over the phone! IF you CAN'T make an appointment to go see these people in person, then absolutely this is a scam! Because you should be able to go to a brick and mortar business to speak to someone, if you're not able to do that with these people that you're supposedly talking to on the phone pretending to be these people, it's not this law firm it's the scam! So I apologize for this long, but it's something that desperately needed to be put out there, because this is getting out of hand! I have over 42 phone calls from a phone number that is connected to this law firm, posing as this law firm, that is NOT actually this law firm! Be safe everyone!”
