“I honestly don’t understand how this firm has a 4.9 rating. It makes me wonder if some of the reviews are paid or fabricated because my experience has been extremely disappointing. This is by far the worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. This is not just in immigration law, but across all legal services. They seem more focused on billing than actually helping their clients, and at times I felt like they would even charge for a simple phone call. The level of complacency and lack of attention to detail in handling my case was shocking.
