“SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Mr urso gained my trust… Called me his “goddaughter” I don’t trust easily. He told me not to give up and I deserve my children. Made me feel like I was family. I respected him and am grateful for his service in the military & the courts. I trusted that myself and my kids were in great hands. Then it was just one thing after another. Communication was the biggest issue. I paid him retainer fee, then get billed to find out he charges per text, per email, he charged me more than a quarter of the retainer fee just to look over my file. Meanwhile I’m notifying him that opposing party is violating court order. Not one court appearance, nothing filed to help with my case, yet somehow my whole retainer is spent. I tried to fire him multiple times before retainer was spent but he said he’d “help me out” & lower his fees and blah blah blah. Now retainer has just vanished and now he allowed me to fire him…. would’ve been Better off saving my money and representing myself at this point. Sucks to feel taken advantage of as if I haven’t been taken advantage of enough. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! Find someone who is willing to work with you and communicate within reason, someone who won’t constantly leave you blindsided. I truly Hate leaving bad reviews but truly hope this helps someone like myself before it’s too late. Sorry Urso. Wish you well !!!”
