“I had an excellent experience working with Sean McConnell on my medical negligence case. From the onset he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely sensitive to what I was going through. Sean took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which made a very complex and stressful situation so much easier to understand.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and commitment to my case, from not only him, but his entire staff. They were thorough in gathering evidence, working with experts, and building a strong argument on my behalf. I felt like my case truly mattered to them—not just as a client, but as a person.
Communication was consistent and clear throughout. Despite the difficulties caused by my medical incident, Sean was patient and kind, explaining things in ways that ensured my complete understanding. Any time I had questions or concerns, I received prompt and informative responses. Sean made sure my family and I were well informed and supported throughout the lengthy process. Often accommodating difficult schedules and time zones, and after hours questions, to allow me to fully participate in the process. Sean’s confidence and expertise gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time.
Thanks to his hard work and dedication, my case was handled with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity. I would highly recommend Sean and his team to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate medical malpractice attorney.”

“I cannot say enough about the outstanding legal representation I received from JT Borah and Letti Powell. From the very beginning of my medical malpractice case, they approached every detail with care, precision, and unwavering dedication. This was one of the most difficult experiences of my life, but JT and Letti not only gave me hope—they delivered results.
Their combined legal expertise, especially in the complex area of medical negligence, was evident from our very first meeting. JT’s presence and strategic thinking were truly remarkable, while Letti’s thorough research and compassionate communication made me feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout the entire process. They listened to my story, understood the emotional and physical toll this took on my family, and fought tirelessly for justice on my behalf.
Thanks to their hard work, we achieved a successful outcome that brought a sense of closure and accountability. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism, empathy, and determination. If you are looking for a legal team that will treat your case like it matters and go above and beyond to fight for what’s right, JT Borah and Letti Powell are the ones you want in your corner.

“I contacted Winckler, Harvey & McConnell, LLP about serious issues at a nursing home, including assault and privacy violations along with several other issues. Due to my disabilities, I requested communication via email or text, but they never responded. Their poor customer service for disabled clients is unacceptable. I don’t recommend them.
Update: Mr. McConnell reached out directly and let me know that there was a lapse in process that caused me to go overlooked. I appreciate his professionalism and ownership of the issue and am working with him very closely. Will update throughout the process.
Final Update:
They do medical malpractice just not unless you have a permanent injury. Will minimize your claims unless you were injured. This shows blatant disrespect and disregard for people of all walks and circumstances. Most laughable human beings you could ask for when it comes to saying they handle medical malpractice. NO, you handle injury. I have police reports on the nurse. I have credible witnesses. I have text messages. And I have several different cases to bring against these perpetrators. This firm is just incompetent and cannot handle them. I highly recommend you look for people that are willing to fight for everyone and not just what makes the most money.”
