So, if I had been taken to the hospital 30 min later , I would have died. Then my son could have sued, but since I survived a BP of 50/40, my case isn't important. You never read my medical records. The nice lady who answered the phone 📱 should have just told me that in the beginning.

CARING,, DEDICATED, ENGAGED,EMPATHETIC INFORMATIVE, KIND, SYMPATHETIC, TENACIOUS and the list goes on! Our niece connected us with this 4 feet 8 inch GIANT and her Team. Kay cried with us on that dark and stormy afternoon as she declared that she was not going to quit and she would get justice for my husband. This Team opposed a medical conglomerate and their massive legal team for us and WON BIGGLY(I spelled it like I spelled it😏). Kay Van Wey literally tracked down every note missing from medical records, nurses, physicians, to include those that left the country, and they traced timelines to create a compelling case that the hospital's leagal team could not overcome and prevented the need to go to courts. She held our hands guided us step by step and at no point thought to quit or give up during the 2 years plus. They even flew to El Paso to meet with us face to face several times before we went into mediation. Van Way WON in mediation y'all! If you want a Team that is will fight for you and is not "in bed" with the hospital and insurance networks. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Kay Van Wey. Thank you KAY🙏🏽

I had the pleasure of getting to know Kay Van Wey through the American Association for Justice. From our first interaction she demonstrated that what an incredible advocate she is for victims in medical malpractice in Texas. I highly recommend Kay Van Wey and her firm Van Wey, Metzler & Williams.

I applied for a call to see about my case and instead all I got was a denial email...not even a call, txt nothing. How can u deny someone when u don't even give them a chance to talk or even say hello? Smdh, don't waste your time, go to another firm that will at least give u a call to find out what your even reaching out for.

Kathryn Gaker was amazing to work with! Dealing with legal personal injury can be stressful especially when you’re not sure where to start, but they made the entire experience super simple and easy. The communication was excellent and they were super thorough. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
