“I had a similar situation than most of the one star reviewers had in that he was very excited and thought we were going to win and was loving everything I was saying and said I was good until we got to the evidence that he did absolutely nothing everything was used he didn't use any of the things that he said he was going to use to try to get him out it's like he came there unprepared and as soon as that happened and I was kind of like side talking and I'm saying what's going on what are you doing? He shushed me and I brooded for a little bit and then sat as quiet as I could through the rest of it. I get a call after my next court date and that's on me because I didn't open my mail however when you have a lawyer that cares about you they do a little extra you know that's what they're supposed to do and that's not what he's doing so beware. He wants your money he doesn't want to put the work in and I'll look for any reason to keep you giving him money or to shush you away. First off I said you know why couldn't you just call me and tell me that I missed the court date or why didn't you get an extension or why didn't you tell me I owed you another 1, 500$. And he made certain that that wasn't clear to me when we had our initial consultation he told me it was $1,500 for the whole thing. Giving me "the smiles the reassuring winks the oh yeah man I know what you're saying yeah yeah you're right yeah I think you're good". Making me think the things I was saying was proving my innocence. Yes I was trying to get off on a technicality however that's the way the system can work for you sometimes. I ended up going in with a lawyer that cost$1,000 and basically went into the court and they told me what I knew they're going to tell me from the beginning that I was getting probation for a year. Instead of being honest with me in the beginning saying look I don't know what you're looking to get out of this but you're going to get at least some probation. But how conveniently he knew to say that but he didn't say it until after I gave the money. I didn't show up to the next court date cuz I didn't receive the letter but he never called like I said before and he still didn't call afterwards once I found the letter and call them that's when he started getting real honest with me how convenient! There is way better legal representation out there and he may have had his glory days but I think those days are gone He's got an ego now.”
