“I am part of a class action lawsuit with this firm handling the case. I was given the run around for months after receiving 3 payments under $100 with no payments for the last two years. This lawsuit was finalized in 2012 it is now 2026. Receptionist tried to tell me the lawsuit was settled for $50,000 split 150 ways I would receive a total of $300. She said I would receive a $61 payment. It is public knowledge the case was settled for 12.3 million. Receptionist refuses to let me speak to anyone else about this matter. This is not misinformation this is outright lies and poor business period! Do not have them handle your business. You were screwed by your employer they are counting on you letting them screw you too!!”
