“I feel compelled to share my feedback to inform others considering Dr Chen's services: 1. I found Dr. Chen's explanation of the potential effects of Mirena placement lacking. I believe patients should receive thorough education on the procedure and its potential implications beforehand. 2. During my appointment, Dr. Chen was running an hour late. Despite this delay, the procedure was rushed, causing unnecessary discomfort. The anesthesia shot was hurting, and followed immediately by the insertion of the device, causing me more pain before the numbing effects kicked in. This rushed approach raises concerns about patient care. 3. Following the placement of the IUD, I experienced pelvic pain persisting for two months . I did ultrasound and found a new ovarian cyst over 5cm. Despite multiple attempts to contact Dr. Chen for assistance in following week, I received no response. Only after contacting the nurse was surgery suggested as an alternative. This lack of prompt follow-up care is unacceptable and has left me feeling neglected as a patient. Based on these experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Sarah Chen's services.”
